Please login to the website via FTP and rename the seo-by-rank-math directory under wp-content/plugins and see if you’re able to login.
If not, then you can follow the same process for other plugin directories to find which one is causing the issue.

The plugin has introduced a noindex tag in most of the pages, and after deactivating it – the noindex tag disappeared. Now all my pages don’t have meta descriptions and title tags.
It would be best if you take a closer at the site’s backend and tinker with tool

I logged into your website’s admin area and found that Rank Math was disabled, so I enabled it but I was unable to replicate the issue.
The global robots meta settings are set to index and I also checked the robots meta settings of a few posts and pages but they were set to as Index.
Could you please share some of the affected URLs so that we can check them further?
P.S. After checking this, I’ve again disabled Rank Math on your website.

The noindex you showed in your screenshot refers to the No Index option that Rank Math offers in the admin menu bar when you are logged in to your WordPress dashboard.
You can follow the screencast I’ve shared above on how to check for the actual noindex meta tags.
Also, the last crawl date from your GSC screenshot is outdated. Since those URLs are already included in your sitemap, please remove all your sitemaps submitted and resubmit your sitemap, then give Google some time to recrawl your site.
