My multisite WordPress installation is showing
“There has been a critical error on your website.
Learn more about debugging in WordPress”
This error appears when a user clicks on the activation link from the welcome email.
I checked the error log and Everytime these lines get added to the log.

Please fix this issue, it is causing issues for the members to signup and activate their account.
