After upgrading to 1.0.34, when we click on a customer name to view their profile, we get this error:

We have since rolled back to 1.0.33 but we try to stay up-to-date with all of our plugins for functionality and security reasons.

We just wanted to share our error so you could see it.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

A bug made its way into yesterday’s update which is causing this error in some installations. The good news is that all hands are on deck patching this and you can expect an update to address this soon.
To fix this now, we are recommending downgrading to the previous version using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

I am also facing the fatal error after install to 1.0.34 or 1.0.34.1.
All the page view, fonts and image plugs are mis-aligned. My site is crashed.

    I roll back to 1.0.33.

Is there any new update or patch to help?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi Todd,

    1.0.33 is a stable version.

I updated from 1.0.33 to 1.0.34.1. My site is crashed ‘immediately’. All the page view, fonts and image plugs are mis-aligned.

I updated from 1.0.33. to 1.0.34.2. My site is crashed after one day. The issue is the same as before. All the page view, fonts and image plugs are mis-aligned again.

I clear up all other unnecessary plugins. I figure out the issue is coming from 1.0.34.2. Is there cache problem causing this issue?

Now I roll back to 1.0.33 again.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi Dominic,

Thanks for getting in touch with us today.

This is very weird, we have not received similar reports of this occurrence in the last two updates.
Have you been able to check whether the update is triggering a conflict with one of your installed plugins by performing our troubleshooting steps?

We are looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

I uninstalled all the unnecessary plugin already.

I run 1.0.34.2 in localhost of window 7. There is no such issue.

When I update the Rank Math from 1.0.33 to 1.0.34.x. All the page view, fonts and image plugs are mis-aligned. I can take a screen shot of my site. (After updated to 1.0.34.x, I need to roll back to 1.0.33.)

I want to re-install Rank Math again.
Is there any procedure or step to save all previous setting of Rank Math?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi Dominic,

    Thanks for the question.

Yes this is possible, please head over to Rank Math > Import & Export and click on the Exportbutton to download a .txt version of all your Rank Math settings.
This will then make it easy to export the settings back to the vanilla installation through the same steps.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

I clean up all dbase and unnecessary plugin.

I save the setting. Un-install 1.0.33 and install 1.0.34.2. This moment is working fine.

    Thank you for your assistance.
