This error occurs if you have skipped some updates of Rank Math.
I tried logging into your website but it appears to be broken. Please share the FTP or cPanel details in the sensitive data section so we can sort it out for you.
Alternatively, you can delete the rank_math_version row in your wp_options table using phpMyAdmin or ask your web host to do that.
