This error generally appears when you have skipped many Rank Math updates.
Please share your WP logins so we can sort this for you.
Alternatively, you can delete the rank_math_version row in your wp_options table using phpMyAdmin or ask your web host to do that.

I’ve tried logging in to your WordPress admin dashboard, but it seems that the error is still showing.
In this case, please deactivate Rank Math temporarily by renaming the seo-by-rank-math folder in your website’s root directory – /wp-content/plugins/

I’ve already accessed your WordPress dashboard, but it seems that you still didn’t provide the FTP details in the Sensitive Data section.
However, I’ve done initial troubleshooting for this issue on your website. Could you try now to revert the changes in the Rank Math folder and try to activate the plugin?
If the issue still persists, please also add the FTP details for us to further investigate as we cannot continue troubleshooting if the error message appears again.
