Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by conflicting plugin/theme on your site.

Cueing from other users where this issue was investigated, we found that it is happening due to the conflicting ActionScheduler packages used in the plugins on the site.
It is likely the Mailpoet plugin is using an older version of the ActionScheduler package, while our plugin uses the latest version, v3.9.1.
Since it’s on an external plugin, Mailpoet will need to update this package in their plugin.
Kindly reach out to their support team concerning this issue.
In the meantime, you can install and activate Action Scheduler by Automattic.
If you install that plugin it should manage the ActionScheduler package instead of the individual plugins’ versions being loaded.
