The is_cart()
function is defined in the WooCommerce plugin and before using it we check if the plugin is active on the site.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, WordPress, and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
1. Could you deactivate all other plugins and reactivate Rank Math alone? It seems like some other plugin conflicts with Rank Math. If you are still facing the issue please share the screencast using loom.com so that we can investigate further.
2. If Rank Math activates without any issue then start activating other plugins one by one and try to find which plugin causes the problem.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hi,
Mine is a multisite network with WP ultimo.
I do not have woocommerce active on this subsite where the error happens.
I havent tried it on sites with woocommerce active.
However for this subsite, deactivating all but rankmath still reproduces the issue.
Please advise.
