    Hi Guys

    So we have an issue with the plugin RankMath, each time it seems that we try to activate one of our Mobile API plugins while RankMath is installed we get the below error message and our plugin cannot be installed?

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare parse_user_agent() (previously declared in /home/jobvigo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/vendor/donatj/phpuseragentparser/src/UserAgentParser.php:26) in /home/jobvigo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpjobster-mobile-api/plugins/simple-jwt-authentication/includes/vendor/donatj/phpuseragentparser/Source/UserAgentParser.php on line 169

    Now I have already spoken to our Dev about this and they assure me that the issue is with RankMath plugin since if we disable RankMath and then install our Mobile API plugin only then will it work.

    Your help would be great on this.

    Sorry for the issue you are facing.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
