The Rank Math FAQ Block is not styled to allow the users to style it as they prefer to match their sites, so you will need to use CSS to customize it.

The icon rotate code is just a CSS code added when you click to expand the FAQ Block. It depends on how you implemented it. We are not able to review and provide custom code because we are a small team but if you want, share the site in the Sensitive Data section and I can check it, and if it is just a quick code change, I will let you know what to change.
