The FAQ Schema is only available in the PRO version. In the free version, you can only add the FAQ Schema of Rank Math by using the FAQ Block in the Block editor.

Since you are using Elementor, they already have an option to add the FAQ Schema using the Accordion widget. Add the FAQs using Accordions and enable the FAQ Schema option to add Elementor’s FAQ Schema to the page or use the Block Editor to add the FAQ Block.
