  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing with the FAQ Schema duplication. To address this problem, you can follow these steps:

    1. Identify the Duplicate Schema: You may notice duplicate FAQ Schema on the Code Validation tab. The duplicated code is not included in your frontend Schema output and will not affect your SEO. However, to resolve this issue, you can directly inspect your code with Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool.

    2. Disable Automotive FAQ Schema Generator: If you are looking to disable the Automotive FAQ Schema generator, please clarify if you are referring to a specific setting related to automotive schema generation within Rank Math. If you are unable to locate this option, please provide more details or screenshots of the area where you expect to find this setting so we can assist you better.

If you need further assistance or if the issue persists, please reply with additional details or screenshots, and we will be happy to help you further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter.

    Kind regards.

    Hello,

Could you please share the affected URL so we can check?

Hi, is there any way that we can connect via Google Meet or something? It is getting difficult to understand since I am new to SEO.
Let’s start from basic, I am not using an elementor. Can you teach me how to add a FAQ Schema? I generate it manually using the tFAQ Template in the schema generator section.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, our scope of support does not extend to chats, phone calls, or remote applications like AnyDesk or Zoom apps.

Also, in Rank Math Free version, you can only add the FAQ Schema automatically by using the FAQ Blocks:

Could you please confirm if you’re using Rank Math PRO on your site?

    Looking forward to helping you.

Yes we are using RankMath pro.
The problem is while testing the code after creating schema via schema builder, somehow the code is getting duplicated and hence shows”invalid” items whilte testing just the template
But when we test the link of the entire site it shows “Valid Items”

    Hello,

This is a bug in our plugin that multiplies the FAQ Schema when checking using the code validator of the Schema generator. However, the Schema is applied correctly in the front end and will not cause any issues with the SEO of your post. We are working on resolving this and will soon release a fix.

Please ignore the results of the Code Validation and use the post URL to validate the Schema in Rich Results test.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

What a relief! Thank you so much.

    Hello,

If you do have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.

    Thank you.
