To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are using the Rank Math plugin and have the latest version installed. If you are using the Classic Editor, navigate to the Rank Math SEO metabox and click Schema → Schema Generator. Then, click on Use to select the FAQ Schema.
If you are using Elementor, ensure that you have enabled the FAQ Schema option in the Accordion settings. You can find this option in the Elementor dashboard under Accordion settings.

The FAQ Schema using the Schema Generator is only available to our PRO users.
With the Free plugin, the only way to add FAQ Schema is by using the block editor and using the FAQ Block: https://rankmath.com/kb/faq-schema-block/
