Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I’ve checked your homepage but I could not locate the page that you have added the FAQ schema to. Could you please share a link on the sensitive data section so that we can check this further?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Apologies for that, the links are added to the sensitive data now, please note that none of the articles or pages we updated with Rank Math shows that data in the test tools and the SEO dashboard shows that none on the pages in the sitemap are indexed.
Hello,
I have seen you are using WP Rocket in your site. Could you try to empty the cache of all the pages?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello,
Also, adding a FAQ block to an Elementor page is not as straightforward as it could be (due to the limitations of not allowing the use of Gutenberg blocks inside Elementor), but, there’s a workaround.
Here’s a screencast showing the process:
https://i.rankmath.com/DefBHH
When someone switches to the Block/Gutenberg Editor, adds an FAQ Block, and goes back to the Elementor – the FAQ block is going to be removed but only from the frontend. The code remains intact in the source code. One can add the HTML of the questions and answers again.
With that being said, there are existing feature requests, so I’ve added your vote to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we’re able to introduce, I’ll be sure to let you know.
I hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know.
Hi,
We are following the guidelines you mentioned and still no luck seeing anything else in the structure data testing tools than breadcrumbs.
Can it be that we did not connect anything properly?
Just wanted to confirm the articles that we are using as the examples:

Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.

Thank you.
Thank you,
The details submitted in the sensitive data.
Hello,
I have logged on your website and created a test post using Elementor. After adding some text and an image I went back to the normal WordPress editor and I added a FAQ Block.
I saved that as a draft and I checked the preview. Everything is worked, the schema is showing in the source coded as intended.
I followed the guide I sent you previously (this one: https://i.rankmath.com/DefBHH), if you want you can check that post I did and ask us any questions you have about how we have done it.
We really look forward to helping you.
hey,
Thank you for looking at this, not sure hat was done, but the FAQ’s that we did before had disappeared from the editor. I had to roll the articles to the later versions to get them up again. But when I tested them again in the structure data tools, now I can see the FAQS and How To’s there so, thank you.
