If you are editing the FAQ block as HTML, please ensure that you are following the correct formatting.
Each FAQ item must be wrapped around with correct code

<h3 class="rank-math-question">Question 1</h3>
<div class="rank-math-answer">Answer 1</div>
</div>
On your page, I can only see questions – no answers. If there are no answers, the FAQ block is bound to show errors as you are not following the correct format.

Maybe he meant the formating is correct but it looks like you have hidden all FAQs you added.
Doing so will also remove their Schema from the page’s source code so I am not sure what you are trying to attain by adding the FAQs but hiding them. It is as good as writing something on a page of paper but then gluing a white sheet over it.
I suspect that is what is causing it to collapse because there is not a single item to show inside the block (as they are all hidden).
Please fix that or remove the FAQs as they are not serving any purpose with the current setup.
