There are zero credits in my account. The account is gerald haygood-8761 and email is i***@b*********. It says on your site the website was add on 8-4-23. That is not true, I’ve been using SEOPress since July 2023. I added Rank Math a few days ago. I don’t know what your company is doing but something here is very wrong.

If you’re seeing the correct number of credits here, then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this – but if you’re not seeing the correct number of credits on rankmath.com/myaccount (https://i.rankmath.com/i/YNhs9x), then this is billing-related and we need to look into it further.
Please let us know which it is.

From your screenshot, the credits showing is 0/750.
This simply means that you haven’t used any credits on your account. Once you use the feature, that section will be updated as well until it reaches 750/750 (all credits have been used).
