Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing while trying to log in to your account and link Rank Math to your new site. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
-
Check Your Credentials: Ensure that you are using the correct email and password associated with your Rank Math account.
-
Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser’s cache can resolve login issues. Try clearing your cache and cookies, then attempt to log in again.
-
Check for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate other plugins temporarily to see if there is a conflict preventing the login process.
-
Use Incognito Mode: Try logging in using an incognito or private browsing window to rule out any browser extensions causing issues.
-
Verify Site URL: If you see a message indicating that your site URL has changed, ensure that the URL in your WordPress settings matches the one you used when connecting Rank Math. You can check this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Settings → General and ensuring both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) fields are correct.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Hello,
Please try reinstalling the plugin on your site.
Once done, connect your website again using the Setup Wizard.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
