Hi I`ve followed the steps on https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-submitted-url-blocked-by-robots-txt-error/#error-meaning but in google console I still get the error “Failed: Robots.txt unreachable” since today for my website https://sinarahmannejad.com. I appreciate your help with resolving this.

In this case, please try to clear your website cache including any server-level cache, and check again.

Additionally, if you are using any server-side or CDN caching (e.g., through your hosting provider or Cloudflare), clearing those caches would also be beneficial.
