We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Please try to set the Title and Meta Description using another browser.

I can set it and update the page but whenever I comeback to the page again it will be back to the older data. Cannot change %title% %sep% %sitename% . Can you change that and check the page again after closing it

I’ve also tried changing the title of your homepage, and it seems to be working fine as well in the page’s source code. Please see the attached screencast in the designated Sensitive Data section.
You can see I’ve removed the %sep% in your title, and I’m using Google Chrome. Could you check if you are using a firewall? Please disable that temporarily and see if the issue goes away.
You can also check the Browser Console and see if there is any error while you try to save the Rank Mat settings:

After checking it, it seems you get the following errors when trying to save:
api-fetch.min.js?ver=5f98b08f212ba8fa8b4685ad2e1b1378:2 POST https://thatstamil.news/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 403
Those errors usually are caused when something is blocking access to the WordPress API REST.
This could also suggest that there is a conflict between Rank Math and one of your installed plugins. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Try enabling only Rank Math, then check if the function is working. Then try enabling each plugin one by one until you found the conflicting plugin.
I hope this resolves your issue.
Tried Health Check plugin again. Even with all plugins disabled with default theme Rankmath is still giving me that error. The issue is something different. I think changing RANKMATH is the only solution

If you have a firewall plugin or service, please whitelist this file: https://thatstamil.news/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user
Then, the changes made using Rank Math will save without problems.
