Hi, I recently setup the instant indexing plugin on my WordPress site following your steps.
But when I try to send the URLs I want to index to the API, I get an “Error undefined” message.
Can you please help me to fix this issue? Thanks

Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with the instant indexing plugin on your WordPress site. The "Error undefined" message can be a bit vague, but I can guide you through some common troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
Based on the error message you provided, it seems like there might be an issue with the API key configuration or submission process. To address this issue, please follow these steps:
-
Check API Key: Ensure that the Bing API key is correctly copied and pasted into the Instant Indexing settings in Rank Math. If the API key is incorrect or has been regenerated, it can lead to errors. You can find detailed instructions on how to obtain and configure the Bing API key in our knowledge base article.
-
Verify Website: Make sure your website is verified in Bing Webmaster Tools. If your website is not verified, it can cause authorization issues when submitting URLs. You can follow the steps outlined in our guide to verify your website in Bing Webmaster Tools.
-
Submit URLs: After verifying your website and ensuring the API key is correctly configured, try submitting the URLs again through the Instant Indexing module.
If after following these steps you still encounter the "Error undefined" message, please provide more details or screenshots of the error for further assistance. You can also reach out to our support team directly by clicking here and sharing the error message for a more personalized solution.
Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.
Best regards.
