Could you please try to clear your website cache and see if it works on the Google Friendly Mobile test? I noticed the snapshot shown in Google’s tester shows a broken layout. Please see it here: https://i.rankmath.com/XF8QHT
Can you try a different theme and see if the issue goes away?

I have already purchased a premium theme. This issue came after I update Rank Math and the same things happened on one of my other websites.

However, I noticed that you do not have Rank Math enabled on the website.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
