    Whenever I share my post on my Facebook page, it does not shows the link preview or thumbnail image. It started only 4-5 days ago, before that everything was working fine.

    I think the issue started after I updated the Rankmath plugin recently. Please look into the issue and fix it as soon as possible.

    I checked the page and indeed the og:image tag is missing.

    Please ensure that the image file format you are uploading is only between jpeg, gif, or png as per OpenGraph Standards.

    Also, make sure that your images are using the recommended image size. Recommended image size is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels.
    Please set the image of the supported format and dimensions to fix the issue.

    Hi,

    I am using the JPG images on my site, and the image size is 1280×720 px. I have not changed anything in the images as it is the same I have been using for a long time. But the issue I am facing with Facebook links preview not showing started occurring recently. So, I am pretty sure that is unrelated to the Image Size and Image type.

    Hello,

    Since the og:image tag is not showing in the page’s source code, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
