Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked the page, and it seems that the resolution of the image you are using is too small.
Please ensure that the image file format you are uploading is only between jpeg, gif, or png, and the image resolution is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels as per Opengraph Standards.
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
I tried that. Uploaded a 1230×600 image into the Facebook tab. Saved and then refreshed cache.
No change.
Hello,
Can you please clear your website’s cache including any server-level caching services?
Once done, when you test your website in Facebook’s Sharing Debugger tool, please click on the button “Scrape Again”.

Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hello,
I can check that the image preview is working fine when sharing the post directly on Facebook:

For some reason, it isn’t working in the debugger and it seems like an issue on their end. But since it is working fine on Facebook, there is nothing to be worried about.
Also, the webp image format is not supported by OpenGraph protocol, only jpeg, png, and gif images are supported.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
I just tried both in Chrome and Firefox on Mac and neither show the image. They key is that is has to work with the sharing tools. A direct link is not enough.
Hello,
Thank you for your patience as we look into why your links are not displaying images on the Facebook sharing debugger.
I double checked your pages to make sure everything was set up correctly and tested your URL in other tools like the LinkedIn post inspector and your website was validated without issues. Screenshot:

There might be an issue with the image format you are using could you try using a different image format, like PNG instead of jpg. If that doesn’t work, could you try temporarily disabling your CDN image optimization and see if that works.
If none of the above works it may be better to contact Facebook support for help as the preview images are rendering within posts and on other platforms.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
LinkedIn and all the other platforms we’re OK with. This is strictly a Facebook issue.
Hello,
There genuinely seems to be a problem with the sharing debugger displaying image previews. I tried several other websites on the Facebook debugger and they did not show image previews. Even their own properties are not showing previews like the meta news blog: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fabout.fb.com%2Fnews%2F2022%2F07%2Fbuy-products-on-instagram-in-chat%2F

However the previews are working within Facebook Posts. Please test the link in a Facebook post as it’s working for us.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
