Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. Iβm sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked your homepage, and it seems that the resolution of the image you are using is too small.
Please ensure that the image file format you are uploading is only between jpeg, gif, or png, and the image resolution is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels as per Opengraph Standards.
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
Thank you for your response,
I have managed to resolve the issue, now the og:description does not appear to be the one I set using rank math. It shows the standard description on the woocommerce backend, Kindly see this link which takes you directly to Facebook debugger.
Kudos,
Steve
Hello,
I checked the page source, there are two og:description tags added on the page and Facebook is picking up the description from the second tag:
Please check if the theme or any plugin is adding this og:description tag.
You can follow this guide to determine that:

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much,
The plugin is Facebook for WooCommerce, both plugins are important to us, any ideas on how to stop the other from adding og tags?
Thank you π
Correction!
The plugin that has conflict is Pinterest for WooCommerce, how do I diable it from displaying the OG tags.
Thank you π
Hello,
You would need to get in touch with their developers and ask how you can disable the output of the OpenGraph metatags.
