Hi Todd,
thank you for your reply.
Actually, and unfortunately, my issue has not been resolved.
I did contact the hosting provider and their support said this is RankMath related problem and they advised me to contact you again…
They do not see any problem from their side.
Just in case if your advise will be to contact the hosting provider again, what should I tell them to force some action?
I am not that happy to edit the code on each post just before sharing on FB…
Would appreciate your help.
Many thanks,
Krzysztof
Hi Krzysztof,
Can you please share your FTP and WP logins with us so we can check this further?
Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

Hi Krzysztof,
I am sorry but you have not included your WP username. We tried admin

Thank you.
Hi Krzysztof,
Thank you for the reply.
It looks like the problem is related to your site caching.
I have emptied the cache from your caching plugins and the OG data is now working on the Facebook debugger as shown below:
I hope this info helps. Thank you.

Hi Michael,
thank you for your reply.
I do not think this is cache related.
I purged every time I made any changes.
It does not work here.
Can you please check it again?
Many thanks,
Krzysztof

Hello,
The Facebook Share Debugger is throwing CURL Bad encoding error. So it’s probably some encoding settings on your server which is causing problem. Just to confirm please try using a different plugin like Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags and see if it throws the same error. If it does then you can share the FB error to your hosting team and ask them to check to gzip content-encoding settings.
I hope that helps. Thank you.
Hi Pratik,
thank you for your reply and hint.
The Open Graph plugin is indeed a useful tool.
Unfortunately, it does not work either and throws the same error.
It is interesting as it all worked well previously.
GZIP suggestion may shed some light.
I have not noticed any problem on my other sites with RankMath but with different hosting. Hope this will give them an impulse to take action…
Thank you,
Best regards,
Krzysztof
Just to say one more thank you to Pratik.
and to add if others had same problem.
It was the gzip – incompatible with my current hosting.
I had it enabled in W3Total Cache. Since switched it off, all works well.
Many thanks and best regards,
Krzysztof
PS Request to Michael – please delete the screen from the FB debugger.
Many thanks
