Facebook not loading Featured Image Thumbnail

    Hi,

    I have an issue with my website not loading image thumbnail when the link is shared on Facebook. I do not have this issue with WhatsApp and Twitter but each time my link is shared on Facebook, the image fails to appear.

    Kindly support me with a solution on this.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I have disabled the option to optimize images on your Jetpack settings which seems to have fixed the image loading issue:

    The problem persists.

    I read about the Facebook debug tool and after running some of my links, it reported two errors.

    “The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.”

    “The following required properties are missing: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id”

    How can I correct these errors.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the follow up.

    It looks like you enabled the option that I had disabled earlier in Jetpack.
    You will need to keep this option disabled to fix this since it is affecting the scraping of the images on your links.

    It is currently disabled and still not working. The Title displays but somehow, the image fails to appear.
