After checking it, it seems you have another plugin (or even your theme) that is adding another OpenGraph tags and that is causing your issue.
To determine which one is doing it, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Thanks, so after following the guide you sent, the issue is still there. So I guess my WordPress set up is the root of the problem? If so, how do I resolve that?
Thanks for the help so far! So I wanted to give you feedback here. I deactivated all plugins (but without the Site Health troubleshoot mode) and started activating them one by one. Found the culprit to by Simple Share Buttons by WPBrigade. So I deactivated that for now.
