Could you confirm if you’re using the latest version of Rank Math? If yes, then please let us know if the issue is only with the social (Facebook) section and all other SEO details are saving properly.

If yes, then assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
