Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It seems like the username you’ve shared is not correct. However, I checked your page source, and looks like the Featured image you’re using is on webp
format and that’s why the og:image
property is missing.
Please note that, Facebook doesn’t advise to use webp
format for og:image
property and that’s why Rank Math is not using this for your Open Graph image.
In order to resolve the issue, please make sure that the image file format you are using for your Open Graph image is only between jpeg, gif, or png.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.

each time I save what I modify in the [general setting] part it opens a page

However there remains an issue. If the featured image is WebP then this overrides the image set in RankMath Social Tab if that is a jpeg. So I think if you select an image in Rank Math then this should be the default.
I have updated the sensitive data to login
Hello @DannyLonghurst,
We tried to set a jpg format image in your Social tab and Rank Math is picking that image for your og:property. We’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference. After testing we’ve set your previous image in the Social tab again.
Please note that, at first, Rank Math looks in the Social tab if there’s any image set for the OpenGraph image. If there is no image set in Social tab, then Rank Math picks the image from your featured image. But if you set any webp image type in your Social Tab then Rank Math will not pick that one.
We can see that in both place you’ve set the image in webp format. Also, your default OpenGraph Thumbnail image is set in webp format. Please try to set the image format only between jpeg, gif, or png.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
Hello @adnanealhousse,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thanks
I diabled all plugins and reactivated and seems to work now !!! 🙂
