Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked the OpenGraph image you have set, and it seems that the image’s resolution is too big (1000×1459).
Please ensure that the image file format you are uploading is only between jpeg, gif, or png, and the image resolution is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels as per Opengraph Standards:
https://rankmath.com/kb/open-graph-image-not-displaying/#num-4-2-image-dimensions-image-format
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again using Facebook Debugger Tool.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
I followed your advices with this post:

but my problem is still persisting.
Hello,
I’ve checked the page, but the size of the og:image is smaller than the recommended image resolution. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

Please update it to Facebook’s suggested resolution here:
https://rankmath.com/kb/open-graph-image-not-displaying/#num-4-2-image-dimensions-image-format
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
But look at the style of my posts
https://www.krestanonline.sk/filmy/
the hight should always be greater then the width
…
I tried to use the imnasity plugin and set it like this
https://imgur.com/a/zkZG3cW
but it compressed the image like you showed me…(to 425w and 630h)
Please what to do?
Hello,
The example website you shared also doesn’t show an image in the Facebook Debugger.
However, if I try testing both the kukaj website and your website directly on Facebook, the image preview seems to be showing as you can see in my screenshot below:

Can you please clear your website cache and try again from your end?
Looking forward to helping you on this one.
I was clearing the cache all the time.
I noticed that what you said is happening with all my posts even with those who are not resized.
Hello,
We have noticed some issues lately with Facebook’s Debugger tool, where the preview is not shown even when it shows when directly adding the URL to Facebook.
However, to get the best preview, it is recommended to use images of 1200px X 630px. But if you’re satisfied with the preview shown, you can continue with it.
Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you.
Hello,

Please feel free to get in touch if you require any further assistance.
Thank you.
