Please check if the PHP values are not too low to handle the processes on your website. You can check that by going to WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server
If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
After this, please install the Query Monitor plugin on your website, then look for queries related to the Rank Math plugin and share a screenshot with us. This is so we can identify what’s causing the slowdown of your website when saving a page.

The two styles we saw on your screenshot were the Table of Contents (TOC) and Rich snippets styles. This has no impact on your page speed.
Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reduce the number of days in the Analytics Database section. This will help you optimize the database size and speed up the loading time. You can choose to store only 30 days of analytics data depending on your preference.
After you change the number of days, please save the settings and then click on the Delete Data button and then Update Data Manually. This will delete the old data and fetch the new data based on your settings.

Rank Math does not influence the site’s speed on the frontend for your users and visitors, but it might do so in the admin area or when logged in as an admin because of the meta data interface that has to be loaded.
However, this is usually not significant. If this only occurs on that page and no other pages then something on that page might be responsible perhaps on the database.
Reviewing the page’s postmeta rows on the database for inconsistency might help.

It does influence the speed as you can clearly see in my video. It does that wether I’m logged in or not. There are also other RankMath users complaining about negative site speed using your plugin. I’m surprised that as a plugin support you don’t even want to check my website, therefore you don’t actually want to help, or can’t help. It’s disappointing.
