Could you please share the affected URL and the external link?
Meanwhile, please try temporarily deactivating the Rank Math plugin and check if they are still getting the nofollow attribute.
If they are still getting the nofollow attribute without Rank Math, it is possible that one of your plugins or active theme is adding it to your links.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
