You can map meta key to the respective value though and here is the meta key we use for 404 logs:rm_rank_math_404_logs

The process is not as straight forward. You would require custom code then use it to get the 404 logs and export them to a file or something similar.
You will need a developer to do this. Wed o not offer custom options and we therefore can’t do much to help you with this.
