Exporting Titles and Metas does not work

    I inherited a website that uses RankMath. I am trying to download the “Titles and Metas” so I can update them and then import then back into the website. When I click export, I do not get an options breakdown like what is shown on the directions page. When I open the file, it is a text file, not a CVS file and there is no meta data in the file.

    Could you please confirm if these options are not showing in the Import/Export section of your Rank Math?

    If so, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    These options are showing however, when I select “Titles and Metas”, it will only download a text file with no data in it. I am trying to download a CVS file that I can update and them import back into the plugin.

    I tried exporting Titles & Metas and it worked fine on my end:

    Please clear your browser and website cache and try again. You will be able to download a text file.

    The option to import/export a CSV file is available in the PRO version of Rank Math.

    I told support right out of the gate that I was getting a text file rather than a CVS file. Do you have a free trial of the Pro version available? If so, can you send me a link to it?
