Hi Glen,
The import/export option in Rank Math only works on global settings like titles/general/redirections/schema/etc.. It doesn’t work on individual SEO meta like titles, description, etc.. since those settings are stored in your posts table.
To export those, you need to export all your posts from WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Export.
Then, import the content into your new website and all the data for individual posts will be imported as well.
