Hello, I’d like to exclude a url that I’ve deleted from my sitemap. I think I’ve followed the correct procedure: “Sitemap settings”/“General” / “Exclude publications”, where I inserted my url / then saved.
However, when I look at my sitemap, I still find this url. Can you tell me if I’ve made a mistake?

You can try flushing the sitemap cache by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings and increasing the value of Links Per Sitemap by one, then saving your settings. After that, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes to ensure the current settings are applied.

Check Exclusion Settings: Double-check that the URL you entered in the exclusion settings is correct and matches exactly what is in the sitemap.
