Exclude Certain Theme Taxonomies

    Hi,

    I am getting the message “The Link You Followed Has Expired” whenever I tried saving changes made on “Title & Meta” but not “Sitemap Settings”.

    I did the conflict check and there’s no conflict with my theme or plugins.

    I figure this has to do with the number of taxonomies that are way too many for the site to handle, in particular with regard to the time limit.

    PHP max input variables 1000
    PHP time limit 30
    PHP memory limit 1024M
    Upload max filesize 128M
    PHP post max size 128M

    I am requesting my host to increase the time limit to 60 seconds as this appears to be the maximum available under the contract I am having but I still haven’t heard anything back from the host.

    Therefore, I think it’s better if we can just exclude those taxonomies so they will not be seen by RankMath. Could you please guide me through this?

    Hello,

    I was able to log in to your admin dashboard and indeed there’s a lot of taxonomies for Rank Math to process. The page will just appear blank when trying to access the Titles & Meta pages.

    I would suggest waiting for your hosting provider’s response to upgrade your server’s configuration and increasing the PHP values.

    Unfortunately, we don’t have any filter to exclude taxonomies in the Titles & Meta settings at the moment.

    Excluding the taxonomies from the settings will require modifying the core plugin files which is beyond our scope of support.

    Let us know if increasing those PHP values will help resolve the issue. If not, then we will check this with our dev team. See if we can further help.
