Every page shows 404 except the frontpage.

    Since we’ve started using RM half a year ago we occasionally experience a problem, where every page in the shops catalog, blog posts, contact-page and pretty much all other pages, except the frontpage, all give a 404 response. We have automatic redirect active so it it means the experience is that every link you click sends you back to the frontpage. It has happened 3-5 times, and has been relatively easy to fix every time, since i discovered that just pressing “Save Settings” in rank-math twice caused the 404 to stop happening. But i’ve been completely unable to recreate the problem and it seems to appear at any time, and wont go away until Saving the settings. It bothers me greatly as i’m worried that it will happen sometime i’m unavailable, leaving the site unusable for too long. I’ve been lucky to notice(or been notified) every time it has happened and had the site working again within 10 minutes of noticing.

    Is this something that you know anything about why might occur?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    That is quite not expected. Please enable WP_DEBUG n your site and check if there are related errors reported if the issue occurs again. You can also enable the 404 monitor and switch the fallback behavior to default 404 in Rank math > General Settings > Redirections if the issue happens again. This will help you check the relative URLs that are leading to 404 and confirm if there are any differences showing that might cause the issue.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), have you already checked if it could be a plugin/theme conflict?
