Also, if you are using a cache plugin, have you tried emptying it after saving the “organizer” field?

Yes, I have cleared the cache but the problem remains so it is strange for me.
I include the URL so you can see it. The ‘organizer’ field is included in SCHEMA with all its data, but Google cannot take it from me.

Please note that the Organizer field was recently introduced by Google for the Event Schema. That field is not present in Rank Math.
With that said, it is just a warning and can be ignored. It won’t affect your rankings.
If you wish to “fix” this, the only 2 options are to wait for a plugin update or use custom code:
