Hello, It had been a while Rank Math has an error in Event Schema. I also have contacted earlier but did not get well response. Here is the error “Datetime property “startDate” is missing a timezone”. I think Google Structured data is updated and Time zone has made mandatory but Rank Math does not support it even after many updates. My Rank Math is updated to the lates and also I get this while checking live structured data testing tool.
Here is the sample link on which I am getting an error, Example Webpage
There are total of 6 webpages on which I am getting this error.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I am not really sure if that could fix the issue, but I think it is worth it to check it.

Could you follow this screencast (https://i.rankmath.com/hNP0rj) and select a city there? Also, make sure to clean the cache after doing that.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

No, the things that you suggested are completely irrelevant. I already have selected a City for TimeZone. Actually, first Google did not require the timezone in Event Schema. So, that’s why there was no option in your Rank Math Plugin to add Timezone. But, now Google I think has made it compulsory to add timezone also with Event Schema, so you have to update your plugin also for this.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Rank math does add a timezone while adding your start date as you can see here: https://i.rankmath.com/PmUXFU. I have checked your URL and it seems to be the one missing the timezone.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Please let us know if you find the culprit, if not we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow up.

I wa able to get to the root of your problem. It the timezone set by city in your general settings was not reflecting in Rank math. So I updated with the UTC(timezone) of the city you had selected(+5) and that seems to have solved your issue. You can test and confirm on the SDTT (https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0)

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Yeah, it fixed the error but now it is giving the error in WordPress Site Health that time is not set to localized. is it possible to set the time zone to be localized by choosing my city and also Event Schema works

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow up.

It seems there is likely an issue with getting your city timezone. You can use a different city i the same timezone as yours and check if it reflects well on your posts.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
