WordPress comes with two main content types called posts and pages. Pages are hierarchical, which means they can have child pages. By default, the URL of a child page on WordPress will have its parent page’s slug in the URL, like:
http://example.com/parent-page/child-page/
This is also considered best practice for SEO.

You could also use the option of removing Parent Slug by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce > Enable Remove Parent Slug
Please note in the above option the URL will change, for instance from /product-category/accessories/action-figures/
to
/product-category/action-figures/
Alternatively, you could enable the option of removing base which removes the prefix like /shop/*, /product/* from the product URL chosen at
WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Product permalinks. Your URL for instance will change from /product/accessories/action-figures/acme/ to
/accessories/action-figures/acme/
To do so, please navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce > Enable Remove Base option

Hola, me hablas de categorías de producto y yo necesito cambiar la Url de las Etiquetas de Producto para que no aparezca etiqueta-producto en la Url.
Desde Ajustes-Enlaces Permanentes-Base de las etiquetas de producto no me deja borrar etiqueta-producto. Consigo dejarlo en etiqueta.
Y desde Rank Math, en Títulos y meta-Etiquetas de producto no veo opción para quitar esa base de la Url: etiqueta-producto.
Y desde Ajustes generales-Enlaces solo se pude quitar la base de la categoría, no de las etiquetas de producto.
Desde Ajustes generales-WooCommerce están activos:
–Eliminar base
–Eliminar categoría base
–Eliminar slugs superiores
–y Eliminar etiqueta del generador

Unfortunately, we only have an option to remove the product-category base on your WooCommerce archive URLs.
It will definitely break the functionality of your website in multiple ways. i.e. Suppose you have a post with the same slug, then your tag URL will not work since, WordPress will give priority to the post first > category > tag.
However, you can change the product-tag word on your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks:
