I checked the jwplayer page and there’s a noindex robots meta-tag present in its page source. Hence, Google Search Console has not indexed it.
The other page mentioned in the screenshot has no such issues. It might be a duplicate of a page that Google has already indexed on your site. You can try changing the page content and see if that helps fix this issue.

The JWplayer page should not be index in the search engine, Since it’s showing the player only and will count as a thin content and may affect your website SEO. If we talk about the /tag/uncensored/ noindex issue. Your page is already set as index, Please allow google sometime to re-visit that URL and soon your page will be index in SERP.
Also, You can enable the Noindex Empty Category and Tag Archives option as As soon as a post is added, the page will be updated to index.
