Could you please check the following:
1. Is the sitemap working fine in your browser? You can check that by going domain(.)com/sitemap_index.xml
If the sitemap is working fine, you can try validating it on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
If the validation works, please move to the second point.
2. Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and https (or http) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.
3. Finally, make sure you have cleared the cache and excluded Google bot from seeing a cached version of your sitemap.

If you have followed these and you are able to view your sitemap without any problem, then Rank Math is outputting your sitemap correctly and the error must be coming from Google. You can try and use a 3rd party sitemap plugin to confirm. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.

Thank you for the follow-up.
It seems that you are using Divi on your website. Could you please check if you are using a blurb feature with an image Background? It seems that is causing this issue or incorrect image locations appearing in the sitemap.

No, i don’t use blurb module.
Images inserted in divi module have a corrent link in sitemap, but the image insert with advanced custom field (ACF Plugin) have a bad link.

Have you enabled the ACF module inside Rank Math dashboard?
If the issue persists, it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Please update all your themes and plugins and follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I tried but the problem remains.
The number of images shown in sitemap is correct, but the links are not good.
Maybe Rankmath can’t read images in ACF field read in divi with dynamic content?

I tried with an image directly in Divi without ACF field and the URL is good.
The problem is the URL in sitemap with image in ACF field.

Thank you for sharing this with us.
By default, Rank math does not include images in sitemap if they are added through ACF.
The option to include images from ACF is only in the Pro version which can be enabled
If the images from your ACF fields are being forced into the sitemap then it might be the issue resulting to the error.
Would you mind adding your images differently?

I believe that Divi module image with Dynamic Content ACF Image field create that “bad” link that are present in sitemap create by RankMath.
If I save Divi page I see “bad” link that are most likely the link used by Divi to ACF Field Image and not directly the image URL.
Divi Image module -> “bad” link -> ACF Image Field -> URL image.
(RankMath show “bad” link in sitemap and not the URL Image)
With pro version RankMath includes image from ACF, but i believe i will continue to see also “bad link” create by Divi. I would be willing to buy Pro version if the problem is solved.
