Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You’re using Rank Math Pro and have opened this ticket using free account. Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
You’re receiving the 403 error while using Instant Indexing. If yes, then please follow the steps illustrated here to solve the issue: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/#num-6-2-403-permission-denied-failed-to-verify-the-url-ownership
This is one of the most common issues when setting up the Instant Indexing plugin.
If that doesn’t work for you, please remove the plugin, then install and configure it again.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I’m sorry about that. Here’s my order number: RANKMATH230216-6691-77111. I think I used the email k***@t*************** to open the account.
I have followed all the steps in the link you provided (I did that prior to opening the ticket).
Thanks for your patience!
Kate
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have added the sensitive data. Can you help me understand where to find the FTP information?
Hello,
When I checked your website, there was no Google login option on the website and the Google also requires 2 factor authentication. Please may you provide a direct wp-admin temporary login link or credentials instead. If you do not have the FTP details, you can add the hosting login in the sensitive data area.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I forgot to include that my web host is bigscoots.
Hello,
I am sorry but we are still having trouble accessing your admin dashboard. The WP login password you shared is currently not working.
Can you please verify it further so we can address the issue and apply a solution?
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
Hi,
I have updated the sensitive data to include my WordPress login information.
Kate
Hello,
We were able to log into your site and replicated the issue.
However, the instant indexing is working upon submitting the WWW version of your site. Please refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.
In this case, please check the version of your site that you have verified in your Google Search Console account. Currently, your website’s version is non-WWW, but it seems that you have verified the WWW version instead.
If you wanted to share the screenshot, you can use this tool and share the link here so we can check.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hi,
I verified the non-www version. Can you check and see if it solves the problem? When I went to instant indexing, I still got the error message, but I’m not sure if it takes time to process the change.
Thanks for your help.
Kate
Hello,
It still isn’t working for the non-WWW version. Please follow the guide again and generate a new key making sure that you are adding the service account as the owner for the correct property: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Jaideep and team,
I think I finally got it. Can you please confirm?
Thanks,
Kate
