Error updating Plug in

    Hi, for a few months Rank Math has been unable to update on this 1 WP site I have….works fine in the other 4.

    Here is the error message

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is a Free account.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    This error appears when your site is connected to a Free account. Once you connect it to the PRO account, you will be able to update the PRO plugin.

    It looks like the purchase was made using a different account than the one you are using to open this ticket.

    Use that to log in to RankMath.com and then reconnect the plugin from your website by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

    If you would like us to merge the two accounts, do suggest which one you want to keep.

    Hi have individual log-ins it looks like. Can you please combine them into one under the email I used to pay for Rank Math Pro?
