  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Instant Indexing feature. The error message you provided indicates a 500 Internal Server Error, which typically means there is a server-side issue that needs to be addressed. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this problem:

    1. Check Server Logs: Review your server logs to identify any specific errors that might be causing the 500 error. This can provide insight into what is going wrong.

    2. Review PHP Settings: Ensure that your PHP settings are correctly configured. Sometimes, issues with memory limits or execution time can lead to server errors.

    3. Contact Hosting Provider: Since you are hosted on Hostgator, it may be beneficial to reach out to their support team. They can help diagnose server issues that might not be visible from your end.

    4. Disable Plugins: Temporarily disable other plugins to see if there is a conflict causing the error. If the error resolves, re-enable them one by one to identify the culprit.

    5. Check for Overloads: Look for signs of server overload, such as high CPU usage or slow response times, which could contribute to the error.

    6. Verify API Configuration: Double-check your API configuration settings to ensure everything is set up correctly, including permissions and access rights.

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!
