I can see that the Indexing API in Google Cloud services is set up correctly and is receiving requests:
Also the API is enabled within the proper project:
When I check the GSC accounts, where I am using the API, I am labeled as “Verified Owner”
And the Cloud Services email is has always been set up as “Owner”
So as you can see everything is set up as per your instructions, but still getting the 403 Error: 403 Permission denied.

Can you please delete the plugin, and install and configure the settings again?
