Upon checking the Raw Response of the issue, I found that a critical error (status: 500) is generated when clicking on the Get Status option.
Please see the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Error 500 is a server error, you can check the server error log for more details.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with your host and seek their help in checking the kind of errors that are reported on your website’s error log?
