    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

500 errors are server errors, could you please get in touch with your host and seek their help in checking the kind of errors that are reported on the error log?

I’ll suggest you reconfigure the Instant Indexing API by following each step in this guide, it is possible that you missed a step or incorrectly chose some option: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

This is a tried and tested method and we are certain these instructions work.

I hope this helps. We look forward to helping you.

This is not a server error

If you have not noticed. This is all happening now since the last uodate.

I am server engineer and specialise in cPanel and items such as mod security. The problems we are facing is not a server error. I have confirmed no IP blocking. No ModSec issues Nothing.

I have been using this for months. Since I ran an update for the plugin I am now getting the 500 which is not being caused by a “Server” or the “Host”

I have done a full reinstall of my plugin, cleared caches, even created and downloaded a new key. Same issue. Its been since the plugin update.

Please provide us a better answer than its a server error (The plugin is obviously spitting out the wrong error code for this issue.

Thanks for your comment im still facing this issue

    Hello,

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Instant Indexing plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/fast-indexing-api/#developers

And reconfigure the Instant Indexing API by following each step in this guide: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

If the issue persists even after that then contact your host as this is a server error and they will be in a better position to resolve this.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

Not a very good answer. Sounds like you don’t know what our issue is seeing this seems to be the standard answer given to everyone. Please take note and notice that I personally wrote that I have reinstalled the plugin which also means it actually does pull down the latest version.

We are running the latest version. Now that we have reinstalled not only do we still get the 500 error. The plugin breaks our whole site and we are not able to create new articles or make make post modifications.

Not at all happy with the technical guidance being offered here seeing I stated I re installed and your answer was to make sure it was updated. Of course its updated. We just did a reinstall and pulled down the latest version!

It was the update itself that broke the plugin and our whole WordPress Backend!

Ran health checks and conflicts. No plugin conflicts found.

    Hello,

    @Faizan
Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to share the server error log that should contain some more information about the exact issue that happened on your website.

If you know roughly the time at which this happened you can inform them of that and they should be able to track down the entries that were created by this error.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
