Strangely, your API key file seems to be redirected to your homepage which is not supposed to happen.
Please refer to the URL I inserted in the sensitive data section.
Can you please check if there’s any rule in your .htaccess file that is causing this redirection?

Response Code Response Message Reasons
200 OK The URL was successfully submitted to the IndexNow API.
202 Accepted The URL was successfully submitted to the IndexNow API, but the API key will be checked later.
400 Bad Request The request was invalid.
403 Forbidden The key was invalid (e.g. key not found, file found but key not in the file).
422 Unprocessable Entity The URLs don’t belong to the host or the key is not matching the schema in the protocol.
429 Too Many Requests Too Many Requests (potential Spam).

The API key was not created automatically on your website, I have created the file in the root directory of your website.
IndexNow is now working fine and the URLs are submitted to the API.
