Regarding your sitemaps, it seems to be opening fine.
In this case, please follow the steps below for initial troubleshooting:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Then, remove all of your sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only by following the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/

Ok, I want to know how to make sure the plugin is not cracked, I would prefer to make sure there are no traces left in it to delete it from cpanel and reinstall it but I think I lose the settings, I want to delete both ri rank math and pro plugins and install them from 0, do you have a solution to not lose the seo settings for the pages? Or install yoast again and try to migrate the settings into it and after reinstalling import them again from yoast? I say this because my site was hacked on Saturday and I think the haker came in through this plugin in case that is possible.

You will not lose your settings and saved SEO data if you uninstall/delete the Rank Math and Rank Math PRO plugins from your website. To be safe, make sure you have a full and tested website backup before making any changes to your website.
